Restore a Jukebox Jamz license

Lost your code, moved to a new NAS, or your NAS has no internet? Everything is here. Your registration code never expires.

Get an install key file

For a NAS that cannot reach the internet, or after a reinstall. Enter your registration code and the install ID shown in Jukebox Jamz under More › Settings › License. Then upload the file there.

Email me my registration code

Enter the email address you bought with. We will send every code for that address.

Release an install

A license covers up to 3 installs. Release one you no longer use (an old or broken NAS) to free its place.

Good to know

A license is for one major version (for example 5.x) and keeps working forever with that version.
Older versions stay available on the Older versions page, with their User Guide. Install the version that matches your code.
Moving to the next major version costs $6.99. Buy within 90 days before it is released and the upgrade is free.
Please don't post your code publicly. A published code is cancelled.
